Refund Policy

We stand behind out products so if you have any issues at all first reach out to hello@leatherandlabs.com.

If you purchased from our website and would like a refund, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify us that you would like to return the items. All items must be unworn/unused with all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Once you have notified us we will give you instructions and send you the refund form that must be included n your package. You are responsible for postage back to our facility and shipping charges, both original and return, will not be refunded. Once we have your package we will verify the items are eligible for refund within 3 business days and process the refund through Shopify. This will refund the price of the item to your original payment and we are not able to see or change that due to encryption of the Shopify payment processing.
